GraftMate is an independent local trade marketing and client support service. We are not Google, we are not affiliated with Google LLC, and we do not claim to represent Google.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee rankings, enquiries, reviews, Google Business Profile verification, advertising performance, search positions or business revenue. We provide practical support, follow-up workflows and local marketing work intended to improve the client’s position over time.

Client authorisation

Google Business Profile, website, customer follow-up and review-request work is carried out only for the business owner or an authorised representative. The client remains responsible for the real-world business, eligibility, evidence, accuracy of information and customer relationships.

Honest information and reviews

Clients must not ask GraftMate to create false locations, fake reviews, misleading claims, duplicate profiles, deceptive content, or customer messages that are not appropriate for the business. Review requests must go to real customers for real work.

Fees and work scope

Fees, work scope and cancellation arrangements are agreed directly with each client. GraftMate does not currently operate as an open public marketplace or lead-bidding platform.
