We may collect information you provide when contacting us, requesting a visibility check, becoming a client, or asking us to support your local marketing activity. This may include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses, service areas, Google Business Profile information and customer follow-up records supplied by an authorised business owner or representative.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide agency support.
- To manage authorised local trade marketing, website and Google Business Profile support.
- To help clients follow up enquiries, customers, reviews and repeat-work opportunities.
- To maintain accurate records of work carried out, approvals and outcomes.
Customer contact data
Where a client supplies customer or enquiry data, it must be provided with appropriate authority and used only for reasonable, business-specific follow-up. Contacts can be marked as suppressed or do-not-contact where appropriate.
Third parties
GraftMate may use standard hosting, email, analytics, search, business-profile or messaging tools where required to deliver services. We do not sell personal data. We are not affiliated with Google LLC.
Your rights
